- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Visited the Westfield surrey shop today with an elderly client in a wheelchair - reading the name badges - Katie who was also trying to train a new member of staff was so helpful and spoke to my client with dignity and respect and Daniel left the counter without asking to open the door on our departure.
